As the chilly days come to an end and the warmth of spring settles in, we’re excited to share the completion of another project—following our sauna facility—this time, a yakiniku restaurant in Kanda, finished at the end of May.

“Mikasa,” a yakiniku restaurant offering high-quality meats at reasonable prices, features two distinct spaces:
a casual, accessible ground floor with a traditional Japanese-style interior, and a more refined, modern Japanese-style basement level.
This dual-concept layout allows guests to choose the dining experience that suits their needs.

The grand opening is scheduled for June 15, 2022.

We are proud to announce the completion of a new members-only private sauna in Ebisu, a project that began construction in February.

This urban sanctuary offers a truly private sauna experience—free from distractions and social pressure—allowing members to fully unwind in peace. Since announcing the project, we’ve already seen a surge in membership interest.

Based on the concept “Beyond Relaxation”, the sauna incorporates cutting-edge wellness features. It offers Tox testing to visualize accumulated toxins in the body, along with a specialized supplement program to support detoxification.

In addition, CBD therapy, which has been gaining worldwide attention in recent years, is seamlessly integrated into the sauna experience. This helps to regulate the overworked sympathetic nervous system and restore internal balance.

After indulging in this blissful escape, guests are welcomed into a curated space featuring contemporary artworks—designed to act as catalysts for creativity and inner inspiration.
